National AVBC Festival Week 2026
The National AVBC Festival Week 2026 brings together healthcare leaders, clinicians, policymakers and partners across Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem to explore how Appropriate and Value-Based Care (AVBC) can be advanced through policy, implementation, digital enablement, education and system transformation.

Anchored by the AVBC Healthcare Leadership Summit on 16 September 2026, the week will feature a series of cluster-led events focused on scaling value-based care across different care settings and domains.
NUHS AVBC Symposium (15 September 2026)
Theme: A Decade of Driving Value in Healthcare
The NUHS AVBC Symposium will bring together healthcare leaders, clinicians and policymakers to reflect on a decade of advancing value-based healthcare and explore how health systems can continue transforming care around value, appropriateness and patient outcomes.

NHG Health Value Festival 2026 (14 - 18 September)
Theme: Appropriate & Value-Based Care @ NHG Health: Resource Stewardship and Value Creation for Health Systems
The NHG Health Value Festival 2026 showcases how teams across NHG are improving patient outcomes, experiences, and resource stewardship through quality and value improvement initiatives, while fostering collective learning and collaboration in the delivery of high-value care.
Highlights:
Be inspired by Guest-of-Honour Mr Heng Swee Keat, Chairman of the National Research Foundation, as he shares reflections from his personal care journey and insights on building a more person-centred and value-driven healthcare system.
The Festival will also feature a keynote address by Professor Sally Lewis, titled “In Pursuit of Impact: Beyond Measurements, Towards Meaningful Changes” exploring how health systems can move from measuring performance to achieving outcomes that matter most to patients and populations.
